Rocketdyne is the builder of all the liquid Booster and Sustainer Rocket Engines utilized for all the Major Space Programs. Ed was employed by Rocketdyne from November 1956 to January 1990. During this period Ed served as a Logistics Program Administrator for Engineering Test and Base Activiation/Deactivation for the Atlas Continental Ballistic Missile System. Ed was also responsible for Logistics Support for the Mercury and Apollo Programs before reassignment to Engineering as a Project Engineer and Manager of Configuration Management & Technical Manuals for all the Aero Space Rocketdyne Programs; Saturn, Delta, Atlas, Peacekeeper, and Space Shuttle Programs. (An interesting era)
What better place for Southern Californians to retreat to than Lake Havasu City. No Smog and beautiful lake. Ed wasted no time getting in his landscaping, pool and putting greens. Last but not least the building of his ham radio station. Lets go to the next page and check inside of Ed's radio station.
